There seems to be a very large selection (4 pages long!) in the Pilot Shop.

I do have two of their products Tu-160 Blackjack and Hawker Hunter. Excellent sims although with limited [VC] function.

DHC-4 Caribou seems interesting. Does anyone have any suggestions/comments for this or any other?

The "Bou" is a good plane, but shows it's age. Get ready for low and slow, and very short landings. Very nice to fly...
I suggest replacing the sound pack with something else that you can get here or over at Avsim.
It takes some practice to master like Shupes Dash 7, like most STOL aircraft do.
Their C-17 is a good one as well. Beats the Area 51 offering by a mile...

I found that the (FW) alphasim 2004 Caribou (that was already in my hangar) still works great for me, and I do have the Area-51 Globemaster.

So, I ended up picking the Virtavia B-1B Lancer, and I like it so far.
