    Right click on FS9.exe, select properties>compatibility, set it to run in XP mode, and check the three disable options, OK that and try the sim again.

    Thanks for all of the help. Since I could not get it to work without crashing and the computer did not have my stuff on it yet. I decided to dump the hard drive. I works now so I don't know what was going on.
