Shopping for a flight sim

I am in the market for a flight sim, and see that the Microsoft's flight sims and X-Plane appear to the popular choices here on this site.

I have found another that I would like some input on:

I have not seen any postings about this sim and would like some feedback. It looks pretty good according to the website, but not sure if it might be a scam as with others I have seen mentioned here. I have found a dozen different reviews of this sim and all rave about it.

Thoughts...???

I believe it is the same freeware FlightGear which is being sold as other titles.

It is based on FlightGear, which is free so there is no point in paying for it.
