Thread: Prepar3D

  1. Default Prepar3D

What is Prepar3d? Is it a full fledged simulator like FSX? It looks awesome. Can I just buy this for home use? If it's as awesome as it looks why aren't people playing that instead of FSX or FS9, etc? Thanks for your input

    Training software.

It is based on FSX with some changes.

No it is not for entertainment purposes.

Because it is FSX already, not for entertainment purposes, most add-ons are not licensed for P3D use, though some are. So why would someone who has FSX already purchase FSX again?
    Thanks,

    Jim

Bottom line it's available for Home use just as the OP originally asked...
