Xplane 9 or Xplane 10?

I'm thinking of buying one of the Xplane games... which do you recommend. 9 or 10? I just want the most realism and the most support (up to now) and the best graphics of the two. Thanks for your replies in advance.

It is not easy to decide, depends on what you intend to use it for, real tool for aviation training, just low, below 1000Ft. AGL, flying, Type, Make and Models of aircraft available / needed etc.
There are a lot more aircraft available for XP9, and many of the older versions aircraft, prior to XP9 work in XP9, with some additional adjustments to the flight model.
XPX seems to have deviated even further from their typical backward compatibility, some their best Aircraft models like the C162 / Skycatcher will hang during load where you may have to do a soft reboot.
There is no additional Real value, that I can see to XPX vs. XP9. There is a specified / perceived spec, like 100 SM visibility, but it is only a choice you can select that it's not realized in the sim.
From what I've experienced I see no addition value in buying XPX vs XP9, if anything it's more limited in the number of aircraft available, it's 3X more expensive, requires a much more powerful computer and the only thing you may get, is better roads / highways, if you are into flying 50 Ft. AGL. TV

I'm using add-on sceneries and get better frame rates than in X-Plane 9. Most add-ons from the previous version can be used in X-Plane 10, even the C162 if you edit a png file. X-Plane 9 is great, but X-Plane 10 is now my favorite simulator.
