I would like to throw in Cairns Aus. YBCS. Great ILS approach to RWY 15 from ocean side which can take in some of the Great Barrier Reef. Finals brings you close into the beach and mountains. ATC may direct you to a take off from the same RWY in which case real world climb out requires a 90deg turn to the east to avoid mountains on False Cape. A southerly course correction will then line you up with the coast for a short flight to Townsville YBTL and an interesting ILS approach from the west.

OBX do a good add on for tropical north Australia which enhances the scenery around Cairns which is the sixth busiest airport in Oz.

I second that. Cairns is very scenic and, as an Aussie, is probably my favourite out of all the Australian approaches. I have ORBX. And Cairns, with ORBX, is just beautiful. Landing at Cairns in low visibilty, knowing the mountains are close, is extremely rewarding. Nothing beats coming out of the haze and seeing the runway right there where you expect it to be ... knowing you've avoided the mountains (which, in the haze and low cloud, you couldn't even see), successfully navigated the turns, and flown the correct heights to bring your bird and passengers safely down. A great place to visit in real life, a great place in FSX, and a great approach to use as an ILS learning tool.
