Have you tried using ADE? If not, then try it. With it you can manually move (or remove) the VOR.

    Oh, it's there all right!

I moved the visible Antenna Array to just inside the boundary fence, about 200ft short and right of the runway, using ADE9X.
That did not move the navaid itself, only the structure.

You can create a new NZNP, with the appropriate exclude, and activate it via the menu...Don

[EDIT]Removed bad info(see meshman's quote). Sorry folks! Maybe I should stick to planes!

Yes, it looks like a WGS-84 survey vs traditional survey error. The airport is surveyed by one method - probably traditional; and the VOR position is probably listed in a GPS compliant WGS-84 method.

The easiest solution is to move the visible VOR antenna scenery object. You cannot move actual VOR locations in FSX.

The correct solution would be to move everything else on the airport 540 feet north - which would require a lot of work - especially since you would likely have to remove the old coastline and build a new one.

Hey Reggie, I moved the library object to roughly your Google Map location for better reality, but, now it shows up on the runway again, in addition to the moved one. Still the same exclusion rectangle.
    What-I-do-wrong?...Don

[EDIT]Never mind! Dunno if there was a duff copy in the scenery cache or what, but, a fresh boot and FSX start cured it...

Congratulations! Doing what you write will wipe 23 of the 24 airports in that file off the face of the earth. All for moving one scenery object?

First rule in designing, never, ever overwrite a default file.

Now, that is news to me! Thanks for the HU.
I haven't done it very often, but, never noticed anything missing before. LOL!
'tis why I always follow the real First Rule of FSX, backitupbeforehand...Don
