After uninstalling Traffic X for FSX, my default planes have been disabled and disappeared. Is there a quick fix? Traffic X was bugging me with issues of them not getting off runways and sound for the jets was just stupid. Thanks.

In your scenery/world/scenery look for a file called traffic.bgl
And do what with that file once located?
Make sure it hasn't been re-named with anything after the bgl.
I've only got trafficeaircraft.bgl file in there, should I adjust that?
No, that should be OK. The exact name is not important, only if there is anything after the bgl portion. Might consider doing a Repair install using DVD 1 of FSX.
When you install TrafficX. The default traffic.bgl should be renamed to another name but kept in the same directory. Once you uninstall TrafficX, you need to rename it back to traffic.bgl. Now the question is, what did you do to traffic.bgl when you installed TrafficX for the first time?
Now that you don't see any backup of traffic.bgl for some reason, you will need to do a repair as Jim pointed out.
Confirming jomni's post ... but correcting the mentioned filename: it's not "Traffic.bgl", it is "TrafficAircraft.bgl". (Although JSkorna is correct that the exact name is not really important.)
That said, read on ...
When you install TrafficX, it RENAMES the default Microsoft AI traffic file in the "C:\...\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Scenery" folder from "TrafficAircraft.bgl" to "TrafficAircraft._bgl" (note the underscore character). It then installs its own TrafficX AI traffic file ("TrafficX.bgl").
When you UNINSTALL TrafficX, it is supposed to remove its own AI file and RENAME the default Microsoft AI traffic file back from "TrafficAircraft._bgl" to "TrafficAircraft.bgl", thus giving you back the default FSX traffic (Orbit airlines, etc). If, for whatever reason, you check that folder and find that it hasn't done this renaming for you as part of its uninstall procedure, then you can of course do it yourself.
If you *DO* have "TrafficAircraft.bgl" in that folder, and "TrafficX.bgl" is no longer there ... then you SHOULD see the default Microsoft AI traffic. If you have the "TrafficAircraft.bgl" file but still aren't seeing the default traffic, then something else is not quite correct somewhere (and, me not being an expert on that matter, I therefore bow to the knowledge of others on that issue).
