Panning views with hat switch

Hi everyone. I'm back after a long absence. Does anyone know how to pan views from within the cockpit with the hat switch WITHOUT the entire panel tagging along? lol In other words...I want to pan right and left and don't want to see the panel. Its very dis-orienting to look left and right and having the entire panel panel still in front of you. Is this possible to change? Thanks guys and gals.

Nevermind guys. I just remembered how to do it. Man, I've been away too long from MS Flight Simming. Thanks anyways.
