Carenado FSX PiperSaratoga SP

I have purchased and installed the above aircraft. However I seem to have a "night", dark, instrument panel during the day. Gauges hardly visible.There is also a red glow in the cockpit.Switching the lights on/off makes no difference. Definitely not like the pictures in the images file. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
