VOR heading

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me how to get the VOR heading for a particular runway??

You can find it on the approach chart for the specific airport/runway.

You can search online for the name of the airport and 'approach chart'.
Also, the various vatsim and other online ATC as well as the real civil ATC and aviation authorities have charts available for download.
Simplates is a big somewhat outdated package with charts.
Skyvector.com has enroute charts and links to approach charts.

OK. First press the Alt key while in flight. This brings up the menu bar. Go to world, and then click on map. Click on airport you want to go to, and then you will see runways with ILS frequencies and headings.

You can have free access to approach charts, SIDs, and STARS at www.sportys.com/tpp. I just tried it, and it still works.

In that case, how am i supposed to align the flight with the centreline of runway using VOR??

You're not. If there is no suitable VOR then you cannot fly a VOR approach.

You use the navaids available and the procedure on the chart.
