World of AI is a group of individuals who volunteer their time to collecting different flight plans, aircraft and repaints from the people who create those - with the permission of the original authors.
The WoA team then puts the flight plans, aircraft models and repaints together in a package of an individual airline. This can be a long and cumbersome process taking a lot of detailed knowledge of how FS works, and a lot of QA testing to make sure everything is correct.
Those packages are designed to add AI aircraft to your FS skies.
AI aircraft are NOT ones you can fly. They are moving scenery. For example - Many of us like having Air France aircraft flying a near realistic schedule - landing, parking, taking off at the airports where Air France flies in the real world. And hunderds of other airlines.
Flight Simulator does have a couple of problems when we do this.
1) Most airports do not have enough parking for real world levels of commercial aircraft traffic. So we have to either locate parking files for those airports done by other authors - called AFCADs - or create our own parking files.
2) At big airports - FS is not designed to handle the number of approaches we see in the real world. So go arounds are frequent. There are a couple tools to help minimize those, and there are ways to give the user aircraft priority on takeoff and landing.
It takes a bit of time, study, trial and error - but you can have an FS world populated with high levels of realitic AI traffic
IF
Your computer is high powered enough to handle the extra work load. The key is the processor GHZ - 3.5 or higher might be necessary.
