Lost Registration code

I've been FS'ing for about 10 years, but this is my first time on the forum, so if I'm posting this in the wrong place, please forgive- and help.

In 2009 a purchase Beechcraft V-25 FS9/patch10 disc from Carenado. When I went to re-install in on a new computer today, I discovered that I had lost registration number. I've tried every internet portal I could find through FS pilot shop (original purchase), Carenado, and general forum/internet search, but I get not direct connect with anyplace that addresses that question -- only automated scripted responses that deals with anything but.

Can anyone help? Is there a work-around?
