New To Fsx and FlightSim.com

So i just installed my Fsx after i found it in the attic a few weeks ago and i've been playing it ever since. Now just so you know graphics and the scenery is a big thing to me. So I bought ORBX pacific northwest, now i wann make my aircraft as realistic as possible....how do I go about doing this? And also my computer is more than enough to run this effieciently so thats not a problem.

Particularly the realism. Such as airline insignias like AA or Delta things of that nature. But Fixed wing and thanks for the greeting.

If you go to the Search files under File Library here at FlightSim and look for an airline you will find many paints and schemes that you may like most files for FSX have self installers… Also there are AI (Artificial Intelligence) packages you can download and install in FSX but be careful if you install a fs9 package it may adversely affect the default FSX AI traffic… I use WOAI (World of AI) for both FS9 and FSX they are available here at FlightSim these packages will install airline traffic in actual colors into the simulation...

thank you for that.... I did some searching online and came across the term "livery expansion". what is this?

It means an additional texture (paint job) for a particular aircraft model. Look at the description for the download and it will say something like "for POSKY 747-400" or such. The texture WONT work on a 747-400 made by someone else like Microsoft, etc. The MODEL folder for any given airplane you have determines its exact shape and features, and only paint jobs for that model will fit on it.
