AI Difficulties

is there anyone out there who may guide me on an issue i am having with my ttools and ai aircraft.
i have been adding foles for years now and getting the stuff going, but i downloaded the flight plans and aircraft for ANA and whenever i try to start the sim and place the aircraft there, the sim shuts down and restarts after error message page. i don't know what the problem here is and it is causing me great headaches to find the problem. anyone knows what the cause of this snag might be? this is for ACOF.
