Put DVD #1 in and do a Repair Install.
BEFORE doing the repair just check to make sure you have all aircraft and manufacturers showing.

And then check your aircraft files in Simobjects to see if you still have a 737-800 folder.
Make sure the upper three tabs show ALL in each!

I have looked in the FSX simobjects folder..there is a 737-800 folder and it has the model, panel, etc in it. On the select Aircraft page in the simulator..all of the categories are marked ALL..any other suggestions..I am open to any
I would try using system restore first.
Check to make sure u have all th esubfolders in the 737 folder. U need : model panel sound texture and additional files. have u aliased another plane recently that could have caused u to damade or alter something in one of the 737 subfolders like panel or sound. Check to make sure the text in the files of the subfolders is correct...
