    Default FSX on separate drives

    Hi guys
Ive got two 2 500gb hard drives. The one has got my OS on, Win7 ult x64, and a few other games. Then the second one is empty. I want to install FSX again but i want to know would it be better to install it on the hard drive with os or just on the empty one with no OS.

It is better to install everything except all scenery-things on one drive and all scenery-things on the other. Depending on how you install, it may be necessary to edit your scenery.cfg afterwards.
This has to do with performance, using both caches of the drives.

With 2 similar drives, it really doesn't matter. Scenery itself doesn't use any cache and FSX doesn't span drives to use caches.
    Thanks,

    Jim
