Misc. items no work

Hello all.

I'll have to go to you genius's out there cause I'm ready to pull my hair out.

Over the course of two weeks, I've had the following stop working.

1. Pilot seat no go up/down (Shift+Enter/ Bacspace.
2.No Auto-Start (excuse me, only 1 engine of a two engine airplane starts on auto (CTRL+Shift+E)
3.No doors open/close (Shift+E)
4.No pushback (Shift + P) Num 1 or 2

This info is for identity of aircraft ONLY. Nothing meant against authors.

Excuse me. This is Mikw about the misc. ites.
There is one moe. In ATC when clicking on num 1 to get clearance, thnothing happens.

Is this for all planes or just this one?

I'm sorry Jim, I should have told that.

I tried one aircraft in each category of defaults, for instance, one Cessna(182), one 737-400, one 777-xxx and so forth. The third party airplane i just d/l today. I run fs9 on Vista Home Premium, 64 bit.

It seems to me that if you have a specific keyboard command that it would be written somewhere, whether in a .cfg file, the assignments, or the startup disks.

They are written in a file.

You can restore default key settings through FSX.

It looks as though those assignments have been changed.

I believe the defaults are in devices.cfg, perhaps that's become corrupted. Though whenever I've experienced keyboard issues, restoring defaults via the in-game menu then exiting and restarting has cleared them up.

What I finally did was click on restore defaults on the settings page. That fixed all that was "broke". Then

I entered my own personal settings and now all seems well til it happens again.
