Try post #12 of this thread.
Some of what you ask is in there. But of course, it has to be the same AI model.

I hope your machine is capable of coping with all the extra activity, it may cause a major dip in FPS as all the jetways move, this is the main reason why they are not activated normally.

I never really looked into the Dash-8. I think there are very few RW airports where these aircraft connect to a jetway.
And the default FSX jetway is too big for a Dash-8 IMO.

OTOH, be now you should be able to figure them out for yrself ?
    - assign a panel to the AI aircraft (alias it to the default 737)
    - select it as user plane
    - park at a jetway
    - keep aircraft.cfg open in notepad
    - have "Aircraft Reload" assigned to a shortcut (I use <Ctrl><Alt> A ).

    And the trail/error can begin.

Years ago, I made a compilation of data about exits, lights and other effects for AI planes. Maybe it can be useful to you. But I must tell you that I finally remove the exits information from my AI planes, because I read and checked that in larger airports with many planes it costs many FPS to have all jetways looking for their placements on planes. Maybe with most powerfull hardware you can obtain better results.

Added: It is a Word document of 136 kb. I have tried to attach to this post but I can not do it. If some one is interested, I'll be pleased to send it to him.
