Thread: Help: some planes are glitchy in FSX

  1. Question Help: some planes are glitchy in FSX

    Hello,
I am having a problem with my FSX. It seems that all of my default planes and several addon planes are glitchy in every view except cockpit view. It is not my system lagging. The plane will fly along smoothly but the screen glitches in and out and/or side to side every few seconds. This in no way affects my flight or my flying, it is just annoying. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Turn on V-Sync for your graphics card through your graphics card control panel.
    Thanks,

Thanks for the help. I tried turning on the V-Sync but it didnt help the issue. If it helps identify a different problem it only seems to glitch when the camera or the plane are in motion otherwise it does not seem to glitch.

    Thanks,
    Nick

I have the same problem... although for me it is my system lagging. I can't really suggest anything, so I'm not much help but I hope you find a solution soon

When you say, "Glitchy".... what exactly does that mean.... fps slowing?

He probably means he is seeing the infamous FSX stuttering.

Try Googling "FSX stutters" or "FSX stuttering" for a solution.
