ATC relaying incomplete instructions.

Recently, Ive started experiencing issues with ATC after running an update with Editvoicepack. After trying to upload a new Vcpmod file, I received an error and was advised to select a voice for ATC once restarting FS9. I did so, but from some reason, it is no longer relaying full messages. i.e. instead of receiving a message like 332, descend and maintain 17,000. I would get 33, descend and maintain. No other communication. I've replaced teh .gvp files, but the problem continues. I'm running Windows 7 64bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
