Thread: moire?

    hello....using nvidia inspector and besides this, my ocean is shimmering quite a bit i just upgraded my video card driver ....any ideas?
    intel i7 950....asus p6t delux...asus gtx 285....corsair 777mem.....raptor 150 & 300....win 7

    Planes with a corrugated tin skin like the Ford or Junkers will always have a moire (pronounced 'mworay') interference-pattern at certain zoom distances and there's not much we can do about it as far as I know because it's just the way our monitor screens see things.
    As for scenery shimmer, that's entirely different and is usually curable by adjusting game settings, type 'shimmer' into the search box and a bunch of threads should come up like this one-

    PS- that looks like the CR-1 Trimotor in your pic, it's one of the most highly-detailed addons around and will make your vid card and processor sweat buckets, so it probably mworays more than most other corrugated kites

    okee dokee..thanks for the feedback..........hmmmmm i think it's ...there are more than one way to...........so it doesn't really work
