Virtual Airline Recruitment

When joining a new virtual airline there are many things to consider.

Fleet, livery, destinations, general operational procedures, number of pilots on the roster etc..

However, a lot of VA's require a pilot to complete an application (to obtain a username / password) to access the site before a lot of the above can be viewed.

I appreciate a login is required for forum access but think, to a point that preventing access to key operational areas can make the decision to join a little more difficult.
