No "Add-ons" or "Tools" in "Alt-Bar"

Sorry for the bad title, but this really is a annoying problem.
I need your help recovering my Add-ons and/or Tools-Button in my "Alt-Bar".
Everytime, when I press "Alt", there comes this bar, and usually there should be "Object Placement Tool", cause I own the FSX SDK. But it isn't there.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit SP1

Installed FSX-SP's: FSX Deluxe + SP1 + SP2 (the free downloads from Microsoft) and update for SDK to SDK SP1a

SDK SP1A will NOT work with FSX SP2.... you must install the correct update to SDK. (SP2)
