Appropriate Real World cruise altitude for a 757-200 from EGLL to EGPF?

Looking for what would be the likely cruise altitude for a 757-200 flying from London, England to Glasgow, Scotland. Also, for the return trip.

well watching the shuttle flights on my SBS they climb up to around FL320 and above (Even) heading north, and therefore FL310 or above (odd) back

Thanks for the reply. I'm not familiar with "SBS". What is that?

Even on short haul routes the value of the reduced fuel consumption from getting high, fast outweighs the fuel used getting there compared to staying at thirsty lower altitudes.
