Is there a way to get the two outer gear on the main landing gear to slant/tilt like on a real 747. It's bugging me that there all just flat.

to be honest it would be hard to do and to be honest you can get some fantasic freeware ones on here and it would be much easier to download and use them.

I stand to be proven wrong if it can be done

How the gear moves is part of the 3D model.
You either need to edit the sourcefiles of the model and rebuild it or find a model that has the correct animations.

I've downloaded some freeware models, but 3 of them bounce for some reason on takeoff. the nose with bounce causing it to produce smoke. and i can not find a way to fix it.
