One Six Right - A Romance For Flying

Hi all
I just saw an incredible movie. Its called "One Six Right - A Romance For Flying". Maybe you know about it? I was just astonished. I must confese that this is the only movie that almost maked me cry... Only the intro tells everything. This movie is so fantastic, that when it ended the first time I watched it, I just cancelled all my plans for that day and I went to my home airfield, and spent there a couple of hours. Just amazing. I think this is the best aviation movie ever made, and Im not the only one. What do you think?

Yup definitely up there in production value. But I guess that's what you get working so close to Hollywood

Awesome aerial cinematography, beautiful planes and great history. The only bad thing about this film is the HD version was released on HD DVD - a dead format. I hope the producers decide to release it on Blu-ray sometime soon.

Not sure that the YouTube version was uploaded by the legitimate source though. I would suggest buying it directly from the source linked above.

If you guys liked 'One Six Right' you should get the companion DVD, 'One Six Left', which is a documentary on the making of the film (plus extras). It is just as good as 'One Six Right'. Both look great watching it on a 60" HDTV.

A great production...saw it in HD in a Hollywood theater during it's initial release, and bought both DVD's on the spot.
I'm located about 40 miles from Van Nuys and happen to know a few of those pilots personally.
Both DVD's are fantastic.

Yeah, this movie is great. Id love to see it in HD, but when I saw it it was in a ATV channel, in about 480p. But even in that resolution the shots were amazing. I recommend checking out their wallpapers, at http://www.terwilligerproductions.co.../press/photos/. Ive downloaded them all, and I use them in my theme. They look just as good as the movie.
