Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+Backspace move your "eyepoint" fore/aft for a closer or farther view...Don

And you can also crank your eyeballs up/down/left/right-

    VIRTUAL COCKPIT EYEPOINT MOVEMENT
(Hit Pause, then hold keys down to slide your eyeballs.
Note you can also move the eyepoint all the way back into the main passenger cabin if you like, if the plane has one modelled )

    SHIFT Enter= Up
    SHIFT Backspace=Down

    SHIFT CTRL Enter= RIGHT
    SHIFT CTRL Backspace= LEFT

    CTRL Backspace= Forward
    CTRL Enter= Back

Hold CTRL and hit SPACE= Reset

    2D COCKPIT SEAT RAISE

    CTRL Q= Up
    SH CTRL Q= Down

Why not simply use the mouse? Hold the space bar and look around using the mouse. You can zoom in and out with the mousewheel.

That works great, but, only to the limits of your "Eyepoint". It won't zoom out any farther than the + - keys do.
To move your noggin back for a longer distance view, you must use the key combos noted previously...Don

I have three monitors and have searched a lot for such a solution.
That it was as simple as changing the cfg file, I could never believe.

    Thanks!!!
