Question Setting time and date to remain the same

I know I asked this once before and have forgotten. How do you set time and date to remain the same all the time?

    Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.40 GHz

There was a utility called "Timestay" (or something similar) which kept the sim time on the same minute. For me it worked in SP1, but not in SP2. Other than that you only have the default options to fly in sync with your system time or the optional sim time (any time YOU set it for).

Since I elected to use sim time, my game always starts at the time/date of the default flight and NOT real world time/date.

Do you mean from day to day or do you mean within the same FSX flying session?
    Thanks,

    Jim

    Hello,

What I want is to set the time and date to remain a constant, i.e. 8/12/12 at 10:00AM for all flights all the time.
    Operating System:
    Windows 7
    Cyberpower with Cooler Master Frame
    Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.40 GHz
    Ram: 24 GB
