Thread: message: "Trying to run a plane that is not default or net!" crashes my X-Plane 10

Default message: "Trying to run a plane that is not default or net!" crashes my X-Plane 10

Maybe in this forum I'll be more lucky because in x-plane forum I saw no answer to my problem. I saw in the web that a guy deleted the log.txt in X-plane 10 root directory and saw his problem fly away. For me it didn't work.
Tryed to update the game in x-plane servers but it stucks in a message saying has no access to 0.zip file in Users/user /appdata/temp... that also puzzles me... so so far no update and no game whatsoever

Are you logged into the computer under the administrator account?
    Thanks,

I have no option to logg in my computer as such, but i opened X-plane as administrator, and the result is the same message and crash.
I'm thinking in to uninstall/clean all traces of x-plane/ clean register (I have a software for that) /reboot PC / install all over again. Should it work?
It's a very strange situation. Game seems not to recognize any of the planes .acf because each time it crashes when loading a different bird...

    Hello !

Are you using the demo or the complete version of X-Plane ?

Did you upgrade the software to the latest version ?

Good news. Uninstalled, cleaned register, rebooted, installed again as administrator using downloaded x-plane updater-installer, and the thing is running fine.
Now i'm going to update with x-plane.
Just now, there was a glitch: I lost the throttle. I have Thrustmaster Hotas-x. All commands are fine, including trim, etc... but suddenly the throtle doesn't work. I tested in FSX and of course joystick is absolutely normal so it must be something in X-Plane that will fix with update. BTW it's the real thing, not the demo.
