Default FSX Pitches Up and Down Violently When Using Sim Rate

This has only started to happen recently whenever i am using sim rate above 4 the plane just pitches up and down. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?

Turn off the Autopilot, or reduce the time compression.
At rates greater than 4, minor altitude corrections are amplified, cause oscillations, and the AP can't keep up.
Some planes are worse than others, and some are near flawless...Don

Mitigate the effects by ensuring the aircraft is in trim manually BEFORE applying the autopilot.
