Paradise Airways & New Pacific West Airways Virtual disappeared?

Hi everyone,

Just to let you know two of my favourite VA's have seemingly disappeared without notice. I used to fly for Paradise and am very sad to see them close. I wish I knew why and that the fine people running them would have let us know beforehand. Paradise still has their main website page running, but the rest seems to have expired. It was fantastic to fly for Paradise Airways Virtual, and I am saddened to see it no longer exists. Thank you Shane for all you did for us, and Jay, for heading the New Pacific West part. If any of you are reading this could you let me know what happened, and if you'll ever set up shop again. I've spoken with a few former pilots of Paradise and we all miss it.

As far as I know, New Pacific West became inactive with their pilots, and did not have any more people joining them for over 6 months, and if one went down the other went down. But to me what it seems like is that Shane is re building Paradise as we speak. So that may be coming back soon.

I've been wondering the same thing.What happened to Paradise Airways.I was flying with them as well.I was a newer member about mid 2011.
I think I still have an old e-mail I got from Shane.My pilot ID than was 5305.I sure hope Paradise does come back etc.
