Sound problems

Whenever I'm in a jet and I get above aprox. 1,000' MSL, the sound becomes very scratchy in the cockpit and virtual cockpit views. It sounds like very sharp radio static. It is very annoying almost to the point where I can't stand to listen to it.

Any jet? Do you have custom sounds installed? OK on prop aircraft?

Audio for FS is usually mono but could be stereo, 16 bit, 11 KHz sampling. If you have custom wav files the settings could be off.

Try this:FS9.Cfg[DISPLAY]UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=94 ( adjust this , for excample 94)

Check your FPS and see if it is over 100. Some sounds do that if that is the case. That is why the above works.

Setting the frame rate limit to 80 worked! Thank you!
