First How do I find Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime files?

I get DAMAGE: after Normal block (#271697) at 0x0AC81830

I been looking everywhere to fix this error, But could not find (#271697) at 0x0AC81830

Been looking at other site and users put the code info, But how do find the code for the errors.
