ATC chatter

I have just downloaded some background ATC chatter files, but I need advice on where and how to install them into FSX. I also downloaded FSUIP 4 and installed it but it doesn't seem to work as FDC tells me it is not installed, can anyone advise

The files you have downloaded are not installed into FS9 OR X they need a third party program that stands outside FS.
There is a freeware program called Enviro that will play your ATC files for you while you fly.
Enviro works OK ,but after a while I personally found using just to long winded to bother.
Enviro may be available here in the file library or perhaps at AVSIM .
I believe there is another one called ATC Chatter ,not sure if that free or not ,and I don't have any experience of its use.
