display card upgrade

ihave a gtx275 and corei5 2500k 8giga memory mb. z68
if i replace the gtx275 with 7850 amd does it work much better?
if not what card will do the work?
(the cpu is overclocked to 3.80

The 7850 should be better, much better, if using lots of AA.
The whole shebang will be better with a higher OC: 4.2-4.3GHz with stock cooling, 4.4GHz+ on a good aftermarket cooler is the norm...Don
