Funny how the only requirement to be even remotely related to Aviation is this :
"Passion about the medium of video games in general, and interest in working on titles that have something to do with flight or flying"
I like the "something" bit. Its like looking to hire a plumber with the sole requirement being "should have had some experience with opening a tap".
That particular position doesn't require any knowledge of aircraft at all. It is an "overseer's" spot, which mostly requires people management skills.
