Those are some excellent shots Glenn, you're right about the first one, great shot! I remember the Dreamwings Dash-8 for FS9 did that tail squat thing too.
I talked to a bush pilot once who flew 206s, he said the weight & balance test on the 206 was to push the tail down to the ground while fully loaded, if it came back up when you climbed into the cockpit you were within tolerances, if it stayed on the ground you had an aft CG condition. If it came back up when you throttled up the engine you were tailheavy but would probably live through it, if you couldn't blast the tail up with power then it was time to "move some sh*t forward" or get rid of it.
...I think most Cessnas can be loaded so the CG is behind the main gear and still fly. Give 'er some power and push forward on the yoke, you'll be OK.
