Thread: Maule Cargo/Passenger Missions

    Angry Maule Cargo/Passenger Missions

First, the Checklist for the Cargo missions -- Second, Fuel and Passenger missions:

MS needs to add one item to the top of the checklist for all cargo missions:

[ ] Pick up nearest wrench and beat copilot into unconsciousness.

Seriously. They're always telling you that you are too heavy for this runway, have too much fuel, "When you fly with me you fly by the book," yadda fricken yadda. (Actually, when you fly with me, you keep your mouth shut or I'll kick yerass out the door at 5,000 feet.) If you want to do something useful, then tell me ahead of time that the destination airfield for our current night mission has no freakin' runway lights!

    Passenger missions:

No matter what airfield, the Fuel popup at the airfield (F key) always tells me that the Maule is overloaded when I have 4 passengers, even if I remove all the fuel. (Is basic math not Microsoft's strongest subject?) Never mind, I always manage to take off fine regardless of the cargo or passenger load, even at short strips.

And the story lines just might be some of the worst in the gaming world. MS needs to take it up about 12 notches for Alaska.

Back during the early days of air mail delivery, things were much simpler. No ATC, their navigational aids were bonfires set along the route they were supposed to fly. I wonder why they left that out, the guy says he flies by the book, where are the bonfires?

I think they need more ukulele music!

The ukulele music was in keeping with the Flight theme. They say that MS never listens to us, but they have proven us wrong, we asked for better ATC, and they gave us ukulele music (it's the grapevine), which we never knew we needed so badly!! Any way, this guy has a lot of talent, he should be a recording artist.

Here is another guy Mike Stone who is amazingly talented. You see, you ask MS and they answer in a way completely unexpectedly, how could we know we needed more ukulele music? "Ask not and ye shall receive!" --Chevy Chase

It would be good if you could use the auto pilot in the Maule.
