i have a proscesser and some questions.

hi all. i have done some spring cleaning and found a pentium4 3.0 GHZ processer and was wondering if i could install it in my desktop which is a SR5210NX desktop pc? im looking up the mother board info now. but i think it would neat as fudge if it will work. i found that the processer i have is a socket type 478. and my computer is a processor socket 775. so the processor i found will not work will it?
