Display has gotten a little herky jerky

Just recently notice that the display in FSX (whether cockpit view, spot view, etc) has become slightly herky jerky, hasn't been a problem until now, worked fine. Issue is it seems to stop just for an instant (almost wouldn't notice if it wasn't pointed out to you) then start again, and continue this cycle. Have many aircraft add-ons and some scenery add-ons (thought at first might be the scenery add-ons but non-add on locations do it too.) Graphics card is well up to the task, like I said hasn't been a problem until recently

I uploaded Xtreme FSX Booster v2 and then thats when the problems seemed to start. While I read the rave reviews, hasn't worked out to well for me, or it could just be a coinsidence.

Any advice? Any good techniques with FSX Booster v2?
