Can't Validate pmdg 747-400x

when trying to install a new version of the pmdg 747-400x, I get to the validation page and get a message that it won't validate due to firewall or some reason. My firewall is not turned on so it must be something else but I can't figure it out. Can someone help please. I have notice others have had the same problen but I haven't seen a solution. Thanks
