Flight 1 of 11 KJFK to VHHH

So as I stated in another post ( http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showth...ul-enthusiasts!!!) I am planning on doing the 11 longest passenger flights in existence today. This is the flght plan for the first one, KJFK to VHHH via the polar route.

It is a bit dated so if anyone can find a more recent one please feel free to post it.

I will be using the PSS or Wilco B772LR for this. You are welcome to use any capable aircraft of your liking. I will be starting this on Saturday at about 7:00 am CST (1300 UTC...I think) and I will be flying on Vatsim as well as connected to the FS server on Teamspeak (fsmpa.hopto.org)

Glad to have you back spicing up the forum with these terrific Long Haul Flights once again.

Always fresh and to the point ... you are doing and sharing what everyone here would love to do.



36 views to your post in 6 hours ... and that's during the wee hours when a lot of the FS world is asleep.

Keep 'um coming when you can ... we appreciate this active reminder of the unlimited number of ways MSFS can be enjoyed.

Update! If you are using the B772LR as I will be you will need 315639 lbs of fuel. Using an A380, fill up with 506612 lbs at the pump. Not sure if a 747 will make it since the fuel load I got was 407035 lbs of fuel but I might be wrong.

Seven hours into the flight and crossing the North Pole. Just under 9 hours left.

Just over an hour to go and still hanging in there. Now I know why they take relief crews on these jaunts.
