always crashes

Can anyone please point me in the right direction with this
I am getting more and more problems with this and its driving me nuts I've enclosed a couple of pics but basically i'm having problems within fsx ,rex and its effecting my pmdg 737ngx
Do you think this is more of a windows thing or fsx I should say I don't seem to get this problem with anything else just fsx
If as I suspect I need to delete fsx and start from scratch,are there any correct ways to install fsx and various addons rex being the main one I should add i have fsx acceleration as well can rex 2.0 overdrive be put straight on or does it need ver 1 installed first
I read in a few places not to install fsx in the default path as it is at the moment is this the case any help would be really appreciated
