Thread: Maine Flying in a C337, Sim Savvy of course

Default Maine Flying in a C337, Sim Savvy of course

Well, had time to do a flight when my head could tolerate it. Just a quick trip in Northern Maine.

Forgive me if my posts seemed to have lost their "oomf". Two years with the headaches next week. Second opinion time, and getting rather run down by them. I'd hate to say it, but I'm thinking they've won, and successfully have kicked my butt.

Well, have a good one all, will check in later. My heads not TOO bad today, so thinking of doing another flight in the PNW this time.

Sorry things aren't going well for you. Hope they improve soon.

OTOH, I greatly enjoyed the screens. Nice job. I thoroughly enjoy flying in that part of the world myself.

Looks like you were a little late getting the gear down on approach.

I Hope you feel better soon.

    Thanks Rich.

Glad you like the shots. I call that part of the world my ANE (American North East) like Orbx has their PNW.

Hope things get better soon with these headaches, we'll see.

Thanks Sean! I was a bit on the landing gear, LOL. Haven't flown in a while --- did a nose gear landing too....OUCH!

John, didn´t knew that you have problems with permanent headaches. I press my fingers that this will end soon.

Like the pics; Interesting way the gears coming down...it has some of an Albatross is preparing for "land"

Thanks Thorsten....need all the luck I can get with the headaches. .

Glad you like the shots....it is an interesting gear sequence, like most Cessna aircraft. I also like the C182RG's sequence. That's really cool as well.

Thanks Jesse. I like the FSD one too, but Carenado's was a must have for me after I saw theirs was available. . Nothing beats Carenado, I even removed FSD's V35 and got Carenados as well. Just something about that cartoony pilot that ruins it for me.

But now, no more spending for me on Flightsim or anything else for a while. Gonna try and start saving up for my car to be done over with a custom body kit, lambo doors, hood, and rear wing. Should look good on a Cavalier Convertible for when I'm able to drive again.

Very nice set! The Skymaster is a beautiful airplane.
Best of luck with the headaches. I get them at times, as well, but they are a result of a back/neck injury several years back.
Hopefully yours will be an easier cure.

Beautiful shots John, love the 337. Sorry to hear about the persistent headaches, what a bummer. I ran into a lady at Walmart the other day who has migraine headaches and she said she uses the Walmart brand Equate Migraine Pain Reliever, she said it works better than the Excedrin brand migraine.Just thought i would throw that out to you,ya never know.
