Panel on screen image is split when changing views

I downloaded H-295 Helios aircraft. When changing views in FSX (to spot view for example) a portion of the panel at the bottom remains on the screen. The exterior view is split. The outside view at the top and a horizontal portion of the panel remains at the bottom of the screen. How can I fix this?? Thanks for your help. Lew Marchese

Open the panel.cfg and remove the highlighted line...

That should fix it.
