    Default FSX NAV Database Update

Is there any way of updating the FSX Nav database? I mean especially airway routes and intersections. They're pretty old and not cool when you want to fly real world routes with ATC.

There is, but it causes all sorts of other problems UNLESS you also modify all 20,000+ airports, localisers, navaids and even individual addons.

This won't update airways but it will add an awful lot of new intersections/waypoints that have appeared since the original FSX database was created. It's very useful for SIDs, STARs and some approaches - oh, and it's free!
