Thread: FSX stops running abruptly in the middle of a flight/mission.

  1. #1

Default FSX stops running abruptly in the middle of a flight/mission.

Sometimes when I'm right in the middle of a flight, FSX ends abruptly and takes me back to my desk top.
Does this ever happen to any of you people? What might make this happen?

Windows 7? If so, using the mouse or menu repeatedly can cause this to happen. Try this fix, put the UIautomationcore.dll version 6.0.6001.18000 in your main FSX folder. Nowhere else. FSX will find it there and use it, without affecting any other programs...Don

Just to clarify. It is not a Windows 7 Fix. It is an FSX workaround. Do not replace the uiautomationcore.dll in your System32 folder. Worms!...Don
