Thread: A Few From Today

Looking good John! I did the MS Flight thing for a little bit like everyone else. I fly light/medium general aviation types 90% of the time so Flight doesn't work as a 'diversion' from heavy metal for myself like it does for others. It's fun for what it is, a game in simulator clothing. It's no FSX/FS9 replacement but has it's uses for some. I haven't been flying a lot myself due to real life issues so any flying is good flying IMHO. Sorry to hear of your health problems my friend. I hope things work out and you can really enjoy flying again!!!

    Thanks jomni, no editing either

Thanks djadlib... I still have it on here (Don't know why) but I love my FSX. No way going back to it. Guess to say I have every version maybe since 98.

Thanks John! Glad you like how they came out -- I really like the colors as well too, gave alot of appeal to these

Thanks cool7! I always fly GA lately. I hope they can work things out too -- getting so sick of it. Getting second opinions finally.

Thanks Gonzalo! Much appreciated my friend, thanks for the well wishes, hope to be feeling better soon too. Something's gotta work for these headaches.

Anyway, here's some shots of my Sim of choice, gotten away from the crap MS Put out with FLIGHT, so here's some shots from around Astoria Oregon today with Sim Savvy's Scenery.....

Taking off over Astoria's Ports, was snowing on take off......

Have a good one all, will check back later, hope you like my shots. And remember -- FS9 and FSX are the way to go -- don't let anyone make you think over wise! Don't be bought into the "Darkside" of the FS Force......

Nice shots particularly the one I added with the quote above. That screen shot looks like you're really in fairly heavy snow fall with those huge white streaks.

And as far as regarding Flight, I'm not even batting an eye on that one. I'm very happy with my FS9 thank you! I don't think I'm even considering reinstalling FSX, even if I get a newer PC. I like what I have. Spent too many hours(possibly accumulated in terms of days by now) tinkering with it to consider using anything else.

And have a great day to you too.

Thanks Peter! Glad you like how it came out....

Thanks Ed! I hear yah on Flight. I have too much invested in FSX all ready as well too. Heck, my Goflight stuff doesn't even work with Flight. That's just wrong. So, sticking with what I know best. I may have to as well fire up my Citation X one of these days from Eaglesoft too. Haven't flown her in a while, been in the mood to lately.

    Have a good one!
