Can I run the FSX addons?

Hello everybody. My system specs:
Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3.40 GHZ
4GB ram
Radeon Saphire HD 6870 graphics card (not overclocked)

I also modified my CFG. file at http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html so I can run the game at MAX setting unlimited FPS and highest resolution and it works like a charm (i get around 50+ FPS).
Im wondering if i would be able to run the fly tampa addons, UTX europe, GEX europe, and that kind of stuff. Thanks!
PS. I have a PMDG MD 11 and i fly the tutorial no problem but i would like to buy the training manual from there site http://www.precisionmanuals.com/Prod...&idcategory=22 and im wondering if its worth it. You will be able to run these addons with out any problems. Of course the higher detailed airport scenery will increase the load on the cpu, I estimate it to be dropped to about 20-30 fps with high detailed addons.
